At GENEVE 1989, we ensure our luxury pieces meet your expectations; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original GENEVE 1989 box, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and protective seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
